Flexi tanks are special containers specially designed according to the latest technologies and made from durable polyethylene. They are used for non-hazardous liquids and food materials. This kind of containers does not interact with its content even under high temperatures during long transportation. It meets all international requirements and standards including food standards for containers. Flexi tanks have capacity of 10000 to 25000 litres and they are transported in 20' and, less frequently, in 40' containers.

- The volume of the load transported in flexi tanks is by 40% bigger than the volume of packed load, therefore the transportation costs is smaller for the ton of the load.
- Time economy during loading and unloading forms up to 90%.
- Losses of cargo are reduced: for instance, losses during unloading from flexi tanks form 0.01%, while during unloading from tanks or barrels they form 1.0%.
- Flexi tanks allow to transport cargo from door to door without intervening loading and unloading and to avoid wasting time and additional expenses for it as well as losses of cargo and its deterioration.
- It is also the best opportunity to transport small amount of cargo to any destination.
- Flexi tanks allow to transport cargo without preliminary packaging cargo into barrels,š cans and any other package. Therefore there are no expenses for acquiring, transporting and utilization of the package and noš additionalš man-hours time losses for loading into the package.
Tank containers are designed for transporting liquid cargoes by different means of transport without intervening loading and unloading the cargo from the sender to the ultimate recipient. Tank containers are loaded and unloaded directly on the carrier (motor vehicle or railway fitting open goods truck) then tank containers are transported and reloaded onto container vessels to be carried to ports of destination and to the ultimate recipient for unloading.š The standard tank container is 20' long (ISO), its volume is 23800-27000 litres, its tonnage is up to 32 tons, it has an upper tank hatch, air (nitrogen) supply valve, lower valve of unloading, tank thermo-insulation, steam pipe for warming the cargo and a temperature gauge.
